Quality Control at VICTORY
Controlled at every stage — from incoming SMC sheet to container loading — and verified on our own EN 124 static load test rig.

Quality, Controlled End to End
Because we both manufacture and export, one team is accountable for quality from the moment SMC sheet arrives to the moment a container is sealed. Every batch is traceable, and no cover ships without passing the checks below.
In-House EN 124 Static Load Testing
Many suppliers send covers to an outside lab for load testing — we do it on site. Our own EN 124 static load test rig lets us verify load performance during production, not weeks later.
For each cover we apply the static test load defined for its class — for example, 400 kN for Class D400, since the EN 124 class figure is the test load in kilonewtons (B125 = 125 kN, C250 = 250 kN, D400 = 400 kN) — and check the permanent set against the standard’s limits. Testing in-house means we catch any deviation before a batch is packed, and we can run a verification test against the specific load class your project calls for.
Our QC Stages
IQC — Incoming material inspection Our SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) sheet is sourced from qualified suppliers, which makes the entrance check critical: each incoming batch is verified for weight, fibre content, and condition, and cross-checked against the supplier’s certificate of analysis (COA) before it is released to production.
IPQC — In-process inspection During molding we monitor the molding parameters (temperature, pressure, cure time), confirm the correct mold is in use, and pull in-process samples to check dimensions and surface before the run continues.
FQC — Final product inspection Finished covers are checked for clear opening, diameter/dimensions, thickness, weight, and anti-slip pattern consistency, then load-tested as described below.
OQC — Outgoing / pre-shipment inspection Before export, packing is verified and a final inspection is carried out at container loading.
